You will receive same-day follow up to your question or concern from Wayne County Department of Public Services staff.

After Business Hours
If your call is of an urgent nature, it will be promptly forwarded to our staff on-call. All other calls will be responded to on the next business day.

When To Call
The following issues are examples of environmental programs regulated by the Department of Environment: Odor and Air Quality Complaints, Drain maintenance, Landfill and Illegal Dumping Complaints
